Conferences and meetings

For smooth running and perfect timing, Stratton House provides a flexible, friendly and comfortable environment for conferences and other private hire functions. Our experienced team are on hand to provide exactlt what you need, and will take time in advance to plan your event to the last detail, allowing you to get down to business as soon as you arrive.

Our conference room can be laid out in boardroom and theatre style, or adapted at your request for any occasion.

The room seats up to 40 persons theatre style, 30 persons boardroom & 35 persons dining with a buffet & 38 persons dining sit down. The rate of hiring the room is £20.00 per hour which includes Tea / Coffee on arrival, also the following accessories are included in the price:-

• Wireless Internet Access
• Power Points around the room
• OHP Screen
• TV/Video/DVD
• Flip charts
• Pens, Paper etc.

If you are eating and have more than 15 person spending £8.95 or over the room hire is waivered.
